III. Service Guarantee

One-year warranty with lifetime repair

Within one year from the date of purchase, any non-human-induced quality issues are covered by the warranty. Beyond the warranty period, lifetime paid repair services are available. For details, please refer to the 'After-sales Service Repair and Replacement Guidelines' published by Banwei Platform or contact their customer service.

 

One-year warranty service process

1. If quality issues within the warranty scope occur during the one-year warranty period, consumers may initiate warranty services by submitting a service request. The Banwei platform may provide such services independently, through its manufacturer, or via a third-party provider.

2. Banwei Platform will provide the requested service within 30 days from the date of the consumer's service request.

3. [One-year warranty service] is available when: [order completed] and not in a return or refund status. If the item has been returned or refunded, the one-year warranty service will no longer be available.

IV. Delayed Delivery or Breach of Contract

1. If Banwei Platform fails to ship the order within the stipulated time after the customer confirms and pays the order, and the delay exceeds 7 days, the consumer has the right to choose to continue shipping or cancel the order. If the consumer chooses to continue shipping, Banwei Platform will refund the order amount within 48 hours.

2. If delivery cannot be made or the order cannot be fulfilled due to objective reasons such as the manufacturer's production suspension, product updates, or model replacements, this will not be considered a breach of contract by Banwei Platform. Banwei Platform will contact you immediately, and you may choose to exchange the product or cancel the order.

3. In case of network issues, pricing discrepancies, order processing errors, or other significant misunderstandings, please contact Banwei platform customer service immediately to protect your rights. Do not confirm orders or make payments.

 

V. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Due to disputes arising from products purchased on the Banwei platform, all parties agree to handle the matter in accordance with the Banwei platform rules and breach resolution procedures. If the dispute remains unresolved through negotiation, consumers may apply for arbitration to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission or file a lawsuit with the competent court where the platform is located.

 

VI. Interpretation

This document is copyrighted by Banwei Platform. We reserve the right to interpret and modify it within the legal scope.

The rules will take effect in January 2026.
